We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Items showing signs of wear, stains, damage, alteration, odor, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for return.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after delivery.

Please note that sale items, intimate garments, and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned.

All pre-order items are made available for purchase before they are in stock and are reserved specifically for each customer once the order is placed.

Due to the nature of pre-order purchases, all pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been confirmed.

Please review the product details, sizing information, estimated shipping timeline, and order information carefully before placing a pre-order.

If your pre-order item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@rythmee.studio with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and assist accordingly.
